1. Shipping Area

We currently ship only within India.
Ensure accurate address details during checkout to avoid delays or issues with delivery.

2. Shipping Confirmation and Delivery Timeline

After order confirmation, a shipping link will be sent to your registered email ID within 4-5 days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7-14 days.
If your parcel is not delivered within 14 working days from dispatch, you are eligible for a full refund.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

3. Address and Contact Accuracy

Enter only the city name in the "CITY" field during checkout. If any other details (like address) are entered in this field, the parcel will be returned, and 20% of the order amount will be deducted as return fees before issuing a refund.
In case of incomplete or incorrect address/phone details:
The parcel will be returned.
A refund will be initiated after deducting 20% of the order amount.
Delivery OTP is mandatory for parcel acceptance. If OTP cannot be received due to a non-working SIM, unreachable phone number, or incorrect details, delivery will not be possible, and a refund will be processed after deducting 20% return fees.

5. Transit Damages or Loss

If any product is damaged or lost during transit, you are eligible for a full refund.
Contact us immediately with proof (e.g., photographs of damaged items) for resolution.

6. Refused or Returned Parcels

If you refuse to accept the product at delivery or the parcel is returned to origin due to:
Incorrect address.
Unavailability.
Wrong phone number.
A 20% deduction will be made from your refund amount.

We do sell or deliver through AMAZON ETC.

9. Delivery OTP Requirement

Delivery OTP is mandatory for receiving your parcel.
OTP-related issues caused by non-working SIM, unreachable phone numbers, or incorrect contact details will result in delivery failure. In such cases, a refund will be processed after deducting 20% return fees.

10. Delivery Timelines

We cannot guarantee time-bound delivery as courier companies operate on their own schedules.
