At Purely Desi, we are committed to delivering your order safely and within the estimated delivery timeframe. Please read the following shipping terms before placing your order.

1. Shipping Availability

We currently deliver orders across India.

Shipping is free across India, unless a specific product, promotional offer or checkout communication states otherwise.

Orders are delivered to serviceable PIN codes supported by our delivery partners.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 4–5 working days after successful order confirmation and payment.

Processing time may vary slightly during:

• Festivals and promotional periods
  
• High-volume sale periods
  
• Public holidays
  
• Unforeseen operational circumstances
  

If there is any significant delay in dispatch, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.

3. Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, the expected delivery timeframe is generally 7–14 working days, depending on the destination PIN code and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• Remote or difficult-to-service locations

• Natural events
  
• Transportation delays
  
• Public holidays
  
• Courier operational issues
  
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
  

The actual delivery date may therefore vary from the estimated timeframe.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared with you through your registered mobile number or email address, subject to courier availability.

You can use the tracking information provided to check the status of your shipment.

5. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Please check your details carefully before placing an order.

Purely Desi will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery or return-to-origin (RTO) caused by:

• Incorrect address
  
• Incorrect PIN code
  
• Incomplete address
  
• Incorrect or unreachable phone number
  
• Customer being unavailable to receive the order
  

If an order is returned to us because of incorrect or incomplete customer information or repeated delivery attempts, additional shipping or re-dispatch charges may apply.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts depending on the destination and its operational process.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

7. Damaged or Tampered Package

At the time of delivery, customers are advised to check the outer packaging.

If the package appears:

• Damaged
  
• Opened
  
• Tampered with
  
• Leaking
  

please record an unboxing video from the time the package is received and before opening the product completely.

Photographs and/or an unboxing video may be required to process a damage-related complaint.

Please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Non-Delivery / Delayed Delivery

If your order has not been delivered within the applicable estimated delivery period, please contact us using the details below.

We will coordinate with the relevant delivery partner and investigate the shipment status.

If an order remains undelivered after the applicable delivery period and cannot be successfully fulfilled, the order may be eligible for a refund after verification.

9. Cancellation

An order can be cancelled only before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an order is already in transit, the customer may need to wait for the shipment to be returned to us before any eligible refund is processed.
